I have spent 35+ years in the corporate world, working with multinationals across different countries. Along the way, I’ve changed roles often, joined countless teams, and learned to adapt quickly to new challenges. I’ve worked with inspiring leaders (and some not-so-great ones) and felt the pressure of delivering results in unfamiliar environments.
What I learned is that success isn’t just about systems or strategy - it’s about people. Their personalities, ambitions, empathy, and ability to connect make all the difference. The projects that stood out were the ones where people came together to create meaningful change, which is a key principle in leadership development.
That insight led me to train as a leadership and performance coach. Today, I help individuals and teams thrive in environments that can feel overwhelming - where you’re under pressure to perform, unsure where you fit, and rarely given time to pause. Coaching provides that space to breathe, reflect, and rediscover what matters most.
I trained with at Brown University's School of Professional Studies, one of the world’s top coaching institutions. Awareness, choice and transformation - underpins everything I do. I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with foundation certificates in Psychology (Oxford Brookes) and in Psychotherapy and Counselling (Regent’s University London).
Before coaching, I was one of the few Asian women to start out in technology, with a BSc in Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London. That experience taught me how to tackle complex challenges and think analytically, skills I use every day in my coaching. Navigating the corporate world as a minority had its challenges, but it also taught me to own my path and identity. Now, I help others do the same.

I bring a rare combination of deep knowledge in product carbon footprinting and Scope 3 methods and programmes, along with expertise in procurement processes, supply chain management, and manufacturing systems, complemented by software product management skills.
My business leadership and technical skills have been developed through a rich variety of roles over 35 years, at organizations such as the SAP, Accenture, Deloitte and The Carbon Trust. This extensive experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of business operations and the necessary strategies for addressing the multi-faceted challenges of driving progress with sustainability programmes and tools.
The diverse positions I've held span senior director roles in sustainability solution businesses, leading PCF teams in multiple organizations, hands-on sustainability management for a CPG business, consulting in procurement and manufacturing systems, and co-founder.
My career highlights include:
My sustainability services are grounded on 18 years' front-line experience in the PCF and Scope 3 domain, supported by a solid technical foundation with an MSc in Environmental Change and Management (Distinction) from Oxford University. Additionally, I have been fortunate to work with many ground-breaking customers on sustainability initiatives across CPG, Pharma, Automotive, Retail, and Industrials sectors.
