COACHING + FACILTATION
I have spent 35+ years working as a business analyst, with multinational organisations on numerous change projects and programmes. Along the way, I’ve worked with countless teams and people from different nationalities, cultures and backgrounds.
I know what it feels like to be under pressure to deliver results and navigate complex environments.
What I learned is that success is not just about systems, processes or strategy. It is about people. Their personalities, empathy, confidence and ability to connect can make all the difference. I have seen how strong leadership can bring people together, and how poor leadership can make things harder. The projects that stayed with me were the ones where people came together, worked through complexity, and created meaningful change.
Today, I bring together coaching and business analysis to help individuals and teams make sense of complexity, think about what is important to them, and thrive personally, professionally and collectively. Coaching creates space to pause, reflect and reconnect with what matters. My analysis skills and natural curiosity enable me to work more deeply with people, supporting them to think about what is really going on beneath the surface, opening up new perspectives, insight and possibility.
I trained as a coach at Brown University School of Professional Studies, one of the world’s leading coaching institutions. I am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, with foundation certificates in Psychology from Oxford Brookes and in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University London.
Before coaching, I was one of the few British-Indian women to start out in technology, with a BSc in Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London. That experience taught me how to tackle complex challenges, think analytically, and carve out my own path. It also helped me learn to be more authentic and define what was important to me as well as how to work with others towards a shared vision. Now, I help others do the same
