Process Improvement

 Is your team experiencing frustration, inefficiency or outdated ways of working around a particular process?

This facilitated workshop brings together the people closest to the work to review what is happening now, what is and isn’t working well, and what practical improvements are within their control. 


Using a combination of coaching and business analysis skills, I help the group explore the process openly and identify improvements they can own.

Your team will leave with agreed actions to save time, reduce frustration and improve process flow. The length of the workshop depends on the complexity of the process.
